SWERA has a team of dedicated and qualified people from varied disciplines. As the organisaiton deals with several developmental interventions, there are many experienced and qualified persons in each project. The workers include teachers; health workers like regular nurses, TBs and ANMs, etc.; people dealing with microfinance and microcredit; and NRM. Educationally the team includes management and social work specialists.
